Cleaning, disinfecting and sanitising are three different things
People use the words interchangeably. They are three levels, and the one you need depends on what happened in the property.
Cleaning removes what you can see
Cleaning removes dirt, dust, grease and most germs from a surface with detergent and water. It does not kill what is left behind, but it lowers the count and, just as importantly, it prepares the surface — a disinfectant cannot work through a layer of grime. Every disinfection visit starts with a clean for that reason.
Disinfecting kills what you cannot see
Disinfection is the destruction or inhibition of pathogenic organisms — bacteria, viruses and fungi — on non-living surfaces. It is what you book after someone in the home has been ill, before a nursery or clinic reopens, at the end of a tenancy, or on a schedule for premises where many people share surfaces. Applied by steam spray or fogging, it reaches handles, switches, rails and the places a wipe misses.
Sanitising brings surfaces to a safe level
Sanitising reduces germs on a surface to a level considered safe by public-health standards. It is the right level for food-preparation areas, bathrooms and soft furnishings — sofas, mattresses and carpets — where high-temperature steam does the work without chemicals. It sits inside every deep clean and every upholstery clean we do.

The treatment keeps working on the surface for ten to fifteen days, which is why prevention plans run on a two-week or monthly cycle.
A three-bedroom apartment takes about two hours including the clean. Rooms are usable once the surfaces are dry — usually within an hour of the team leaving. For fogging, the room is closed for the treatment and ventilated afterwards.
Fogging, for whole rooms at once
For larger spaces — open-plan offices, gyms, shops, classrooms — we use disinfectant foggers. A fogger fills the room with a fine mist of disinfectant that settles on every surface, including the ones a spray cannot reach: under desks, behind equipment, inside fabric. A room is treated in a few minutes, left closed for the contact time, then ventilated and handed back.
The product is a hospital-grade disinfectant approved by Dubai Municipality, effective against bacteria, viruses, fungi and mould, and safe around children and pets once dry. We do not use bleach-based products, so nothing is discoloured and there is no lingering smell. Businesses that need it — clinics, nurseries, food premises, offices after a case of illness — receive a certificate of disinfection for the visit.

Every plan includes a certificate of disinfection per visit, a named account contact, after-hours scheduling and one monthly invoice. Cleaning can be added to the same contract.

How long does disinfection take?
About two hours for a three-bedroom apartment including the clean beforehand; a villa takes half a day; an office is quoted by floor area and usually done in one after-hours session. Fogging itself takes minutes per room — the time is in the contact period and ventilation.
Can we stay in the property while you work?
You can stay in rooms that are not being treated. For fogging, the room being treated is closed for the contact time and ventilated afterwards; for steam spray you simply keep out of the room until surfaces are dry.
How soon can we use the room?
Once surfaces are dry — usually within an hour of the team leaving. The product needs no rinsing and leaves no residue, so kitchens and tables can be used straight away.
Is it safe for pets and infants?
Yes, once dry. We use a Dubai Municipality-approved, non-bleach disinfectant chosen for use around children and pets; keep them out of the room while it is wet, as you would with any cleaning product.
How often should a premises be disinfected?

Do you provide a certificate of disinfection?
