Package or pay as you go?
Both use the same trained, company-employed cleaners with AED 1,000 damage cover on every visit. The difference is how you book and what stays fixed.

If you want a cleaner more than twice a month, take a package: it locks the cleaner and the slot, which is what people actually miss when they book visit by visit. If cleaning is occasional, book by the hour and use the first-clean code below.

Anything else, ask on WhatsApp — a person answers, 8 AM to 8 PM.
Can I pause or cancel a monthly package?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp at least seven days before your next visit and we pause or stop the package from that date. Visits already used are charged at the package rate and nothing else is owed — there is no minimum term.
Do unused hours roll over?
Within the month, yes. Skip a week with 24 hours’ notice and the hours can be used on another visit in the same month — a longer clean before guests, for example. They do not roll into the next month.
Can I change my cleaner?
Yes. Message us after any visit and we assign a different cleaner from the next one. Most customers keep their first cleaner — that is the point of a package — but you should never have to put up with someone who is not the right fit.
Do packages include cleaning materials?
Not by default. Most homes have their own products and prefer them. Add materials to any package at AED 10 an hour and the cleaner brings professional, eco-friendly products and the equipment to go with them.
Can I use a promo code with a package?
No. Package prices are already reduced — the “was” price is the standard rate for the same hours — so codes cannot be stacked on them. The codes on this page are for one-off bookings.
Which package do I need?
Go by bedrooms: studio or compact one-bed, two hours; one to two bedrooms, three; three bedrooms, four; villas, five. If the home is large, has pets or has not been cleaned for a while, book a deep clean first and the weekly visits stay short.
