Both are quoted after a site visit and run on a written scope with one monthly invoice.

Offices and buildings
Daily, weekly or monthly office contracts, plus the common areas of office and residential buildings — lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, car parks and waste rooms — for building managers and owners' associations.
Showrooms and retail
Glass, displays, floors by type and fitting rooms cleaned before opening or after close so the space looks the way the brand intends every morning. Car showrooms, furniture showrooms and retail units in malls and on the street.
Warehouses
High-level racking and beam dusting with poles and platforms, ride-on scrubbing of concrete and epoxy floors, dust control for stored goods, mezzanines, offices inside the warehouse, staff washrooms and canteens. Teams inducted to your safety rules, in PPE, working aisle by aisle around forklift traffic.
Loading bays and yards
Loading bays and dock levellers degreased and pressure-washed, yards and parking swept and washed, waste points and compactor areas cleaned, entrance canopies and signage washed — the areas your customers' drivers see first.

1 site inspection
We walk the site with your facilities or operations manager — racking heights, floor type, forklift routes, delivery windows, washrooms and canteen — and agree what is cleaned, when and around what.
2 method and products
The machines, pads and products for each surface are chosen — degreaser for docks, neutral cleaner for epoxy, HEPA vacuums for racking — with a method statement for live sites.
3 quality check
A supervisor inspects every area against the scope after the shift and again on a regular cycle, and anything short is redone before the next shift.
Sites with a live operation get a written method statement and risk assessment before the first shift, and every cleaner is inducted to your rules.
Warehouse contracts run mostly in Al Quoz, Jebel Ali and JAFZA, Dubai Investment Park and Ras Al Khor, with night shifts scheduled around each site’s delivery windows. Yes. Most warehouse work is phased aisle by aisle at night or over weekends around forklift traffic and delivery windows, with a method statement agreed beforehand and every cleaner inducted to your site rules and in PPE.
With telescopic poles and HEPA vacuums to about nine metres, and with platforms or access equipment above that, quoted per site. Beams and racking tops are dusted rather than blown, so nothing lands on stored goods.
Concrete, epoxy, resin, vinyl and tile with ride-on scrubber-dryers that leave the floor dry behind the machine, so forklifts are back on it straight away. Docks are degreased and pressure-washed.
