Commercial & warehouse cleaning · Dubai
Offices, showrooms, retail units and whole buildings on scheduled contracts — and warehouse cleaning that the page was always meant to be about: high-level racking, ride-on floor scrubbing, loading bays and dust control, worked around live operations in Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, DIP and Ras Al Khor.
Quoted per site after a walk-through. Offices with their own page: office cleaning services.
Since 2013commercial contracts in Dubai
Elite Maids is a licensed Dubai cleaning company, working since 2013. We clean commercial buildings on contract, including offices, showrooms, shops, apartment and office blocks, and warehouses. We serve Downtown Dubai, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, and Business Bay. Our cleaners are trained to use the right method for each surface. Our supervisors know the machines that commercial jobs need. Every surface people touch often is disinfected with products approved by Dubai Municipality.
Commercial and warehouse cleaning are two different jobs. In offices and public spaces, the goal is a clean, tidy, hygienic look, and we work outside your opening hours. In warehouses, the focus is dust, floors, and safety. We clean in stages around your daily operations, and our team learns your site rules first. Both services start with a site visit. You get a written scope of work and a single invoice each month.
Four kinds of commercial site, each with its own scope. Offices, retail and malls also have their own pages.
Offices and buildings
Daily, weekly or monthly office contracts, plus the common areas of office and residential buildings — lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, car parks and waste rooms — for building managers and owners' associations.
Showrooms and retail
Glass, displays, floors by type and fitting rooms cleaned before opening or after close so the space looks the way the brand intends every morning. Car showrooms, furniture showrooms and retail units in malls and on the street.
Warehouses
High-level racking and beam dusting with poles and platforms, ride-on scrubbing of concrete and epoxy floors, dust control for stored goods, mezzanines, offices inside the warehouse, staff washrooms and canteens. Teams inducted to your safety rules, in PPE, working aisle by aisle around forklift traffic.
Loading bays and yards
Loading bays and dock levellers degreased and pressure-washed, yards and parking swept and washed, waste points and compactor areas cleaned, entrance canopies and signage washed — the areas your customers' drivers see first.
There is no list price for a 20,000 sq ft shed. These five things decide it, and a site visit settles them in an hour.
| Floor area | Square feet inside and out, and how much of it is racked. | Base |
|---|---|---|
| Ceiling height and racking | High-level dusting needs poles or platforms; beams above 9 m need access equipment. | Adds time |
| Shift pattern | Nights, weekends, or phased around a live operation. | Usually no change |
| Frequency | Daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly deep clean. Daily contracts get the lowest rate. | Sets the monthly total |
| Equipment and extras | Ride-on scrubbers, pressure washers, floor sealing, waste handling. | Quoted per item |
Every quote is written, itemised by area and frequency, and confirmed before the first shift. Contract rates for daily or weekly work; one-off deep cleans quoted per visit.
Three steps, kept from the way we have always done it — with the warehouse specifics written in.
1 site inspection
We walk the site with your facilities or operations manager — racking heights, floor type, forklift routes, delivery windows, washrooms and canteen — and agree what is cleaned, when and around what.
2 method and products
The machines, pads and products for each surface are chosen — degreaser for docks, neutral cleaner for epoxy, HEPA vacuums for racking — with a method statement for live sites.
3 quality check
A supervisor inspects every area against the scope after the shift and again on a regular cycle, and anything short is redone before the next shift.
Sites with a live operation get a written method statement and risk assessment before the first shift, and every cleaner is inducted to your rules.
Warehouse contracts run mostly in Al Quoz, Jebel Ali and JAFZA, Dubai Investment Park and Ras Al Khor, with night shifts scheduled around each site’s delivery windows. Commercial contracts — offices, showrooms, buildings — cover the business districts from Business Bay and DIFC to Media City and Deira.
… and industrial and commercial areas across Dubai.

Anything else, ask on WhatsApp — a person answers, 8 AM to 8 PM.
Yes. Most warehouse work is phased aisle by aisle at night or over weekends around forklift traffic and delivery windows, with a method statement agreed beforehand and every cleaner inducted to your site rules and in PPE.
With telescopic poles and HEPA vacuums to about nine metres, and with platforms or access equipment above that, quoted per site. Beams and racking tops are dusted rather than blown, so nothing lands on stored goods.
Concrete, epoxy, resin, vinyl and tile with ride-on scrubber-dryers that leave the floor dry behind the machine, so forklifts are back on it straight away. Docks are degreased and pressure-washed.
Yes — offices, showrooms, retail units and the common areas of office and residential buildings, on daily, weekly or monthly contracts. Offices have their own page with the detail.
By floor area, racking and ceiling height, shift pattern, frequency and any equipment or extras, after a site visit. You get a written, itemised quote and one monthly invoice; daily contracts get the lowest rate.
Every cleaner is company-employed, background-checked and inducted to your rules; supervisors carry method statements and risk assessments for live sites; and every product is approved by Dubai Municipality and chosen for the surface it is used on.
Send the address, the kind of site and rough floor area. We walk it with you, write the scope and send an itemised quote — usually within one working day of the visit.
