A lot of what looks like a cleaning company here is an app that connects you to whoever is free. We hire, train, sponsor and insure our own staff — more than 500 of them — which is the only reason we can promise you a consistent standard and stand behind the result.
Elite Maids was founded in 2013 by a management team with ten years of professional cleaning behind them in Canada. The idea was simple: bring that level of accountability to Dubai.

How much does cleaning cost in Dubai?
Home cleaning starts at AED 25 an hour. Deep cleaning starts at AED 342 for an apartment, move-out cleaning at AED 359 for a studio, and monthly packages at AED 350. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees, and first-time customers get 52% off with code DUB24.
Can I get a cleaner today?
Usually, yes. Same-day cleaning is available across most of Dubai — including Marina, JVC, Business Bay and Downtown — subject to who is free in your area. Call or WhatsApp before noon and we can almost always place someone.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Every cleaner is company-employed, trained in-house, licensed and background-checked before their first job. We do not use freelancers or subcontractors.
What is the difference between house cleaning and deep cleaning?
House cleaning is the regular routine — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Deep cleaning is an intensive reset that reaches grout, appliance interiors, inside cabinets and the hard-to-reach areas a regular visit is never booked long enough to cover.
Do the cleaners bring their own materials?
They can. Materials are optional and cost AED 10 an hour on top of the cleaning rate. Everything we use is eco-friendly and safe around children and pets. If you prefer your own products, just leave them out.
Can I book the same cleaner every week?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly packages are built around keeping the same cleaner on your schedule, which is usually what makes the difference between a good clean and a great one.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Every booking carries AED 1,000 damage protection. In the unlikely event something is broken, we cover it — and if the clean itself is not right, we come back and redo it.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. We handle offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses, schools, gyms and clinics on daily, weekly or monthly contracts, in-hours or after close. Commercial work is quoted per site.
What are your working hours?
Cleaning runs from 7 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. Our phone lines are open 8 AM to 8 PM — message us on WhatsApp outside those hours and we will confirm first thing.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if our cleaner cannot get in, a charge applies — the full terms are on our cancellation policy page.
