Cancellation Policy

The customer must provide Elite Advance Cleaning Services with at least 24 hours’ notice before the service time if they wish to suspend, postpone or cancel the service for any reason.

For domestic cleaning, the live policy states that the customer agrees to pay 50% of the cleaning visit price if they cancel or change the date or time less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The live policy also states that the customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if cleaners are turned away for any reason, if nobody is home to let them in, or if there is a problem with the customer’s keys. If keys are provided, they must open the lock without special effort or skill.

Elite Maids reserves the right to cancel the contract if there are insufficient staff to fulfil the booking, if the area is not covered, or if one or more services were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If Elite Maids cancels the contract, the live policy states that the customer will be notified by email within 7 days of the booking.

Nothing in the cancellation policy is intended to limit consumer rights under applicable local law or statutory rights that may not be excluded, or to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

By entering into a contract with Elite Maids, the customer agrees that after termination of the cleaning service they will not hire or use domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced by Elite Maids. The live policy states that Elite Maids may open a case in UAE courts for illegal hiring of a cleaner.
