Rugs
Hand-knotted wool and silk rugs get a low-moisture clean with pH-neutral shampoo and no high-heat steam, so dyes stay put and the pile does not felt. Synthetic and machine-made rugs take the full process. Fringes are cleaned by hand.
Fitted carpet
Bedroom and living-room carpet in villas and apartments, priced by the square metre. Furniture is moved where it can be and cleaned around where it cannot; high-traffic lanes and doorways get a pre-spray before extraction.
Commercial
Open-plan offices in DIFC and Business Bay, meeting rooms, reception areas and corridors, cleaned after hours so the floor is dry before the first person arrives. Quoted per site as a one-off or on a quarterly cycle inside an office cleaning contract.

Step 1
A specialised industrial vacuum, seven times more powerful than a home machine, lifts dust, sand, fungal spores and debris from deep in the pile before anything gets wet.
Step 2
Steam at 180 °C produces a thermal shock that kills the bacteria, viruses and impurities the vacuum cannot reach. Skipped on delicate wool and silk, which get a low-moisture clean instead.
Step 3
Carpet shampoo is worked in with a rotary brush so it penetrates the fibres and loosens embedded dirt, stains and odours.
Step 4
Hot-water extraction pulls out the shampoo with the deep dirt and most of the moisture, leaving the carpet around 80% dry.
Drying
A rug or a bedroom carpet is dry in about two hours with the AC running; a thick living-room carpet or a large office floor takes up to six. Walk on it in socks before then, and keep furniture off until it is fully dry.

Prices inclusive of VAT. The minimum booking is AED 113. What changes the price: total area, pile depth and fibre (wool takes longer than synthetic), heavy soiling or pet stains that need a second pass, and whether furniture has to be moved. Sofa and mattress cleaning on the same visit is done by the same team.
A good home vacuum is the right tool every week. It is not the tool for what builds up over a year.

Yes. Pet accidents, coffee, wine and food stains are pre-treated and then extracted; odours are treated at the source rather than masked. Old stains that have set into the fibres may lighten rather than disappear, and we say so before we start.
