Elite Maids provides house cleaning services in Downtown Dubai, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills and Tecom, and across the rest of the city. In the apartment districts — Downtown, JLT, Business Bay, Marina — building access is quick and a same-day slot is usually available if you book before noon. Villas in Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Al Furjan take longer: for anything over three bedrooms we suggest two cleaners so the visit finishes in one afternoon rather than running into the evening.
Every booking works the same way. You choose the date, the start time and the number of hours; a trained maid arrives with or without materials, depending on what you selected; and the visit covers dusting and decluttering, vacuuming and mopping, tidying the bedrooms, wiping down kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, and disinfecting the bathrooms. You can leave a list of priorities in the booking notes and the cleaner will work through them first.

What is the minimum booking for home cleaning?
Two hours. You can book up to eight hours in one visit and between one and four cleaners. For a villa or a home that has not been cleaned in a while, a longer first visit or a second cleaner gets a better result than squeezing it into two hours.
Do you clean apartments in Downtown Dubai, JLT and Tecom?
Yes — Downtown Dubai, JLT, Tecom, Business Bay, Marina and Palm Jumeirah are the areas we clean most, and same-day slots are usually available there if you book before noon. Dubai Hills and the villa communities are covered too; we recommend two cleaners for anything over three bedrooms.
Can I book the same maid every week?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans are built around keeping the same cleaner on your schedule, which is what makes a regular clean consistently good. Monthly plans start at AED 350 for four weekly two-hour visits.
Can I schedule regular monthly housekeeping?
Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly when you book, or take a monthly plan: AED 350 for a studio, AED 448 for one to two bedrooms, AED 560 for three bedrooms and AED 700 for a villa, each covering four visits. Regular visits keep the home on top of Dubai dust and cost less per hour than one-offs.
Do you provide cleaning with materials included?
Yes, as an add-on of AED 10 an hour. The cleaner brings professional, eco-friendly products — multi-purpose, glass, floor and wood cleaners — plus an industrial vacuum, mops and cloths. If you prefer your own products, leave them out and do not add materials.
What are your working hours?
Cleaning runs from 7 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. Phone lines are open 8 AM to 8 PM; message us on WhatsApp outside those hours and we confirm first thing in the morning. Same-day cleaning depends on availability in your area.
How many maids can I book?
Between one and four for a single booking. One cleaner suits a studio or one-bedroom apartment; two make sense for a three-bedroom or a villa so the visit finishes in one afternoon. Tell us the size of the home and we will suggest the right number.
What is included in a house cleaning?
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathroom cleaning and general tidying, plus 30 minutes of ironing on request. It does not include the inside of the oven, fridge or cabinets, or grout scrubbing — those are deep cleaning tasks, which you can book as a separate service.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Every booking carries AED 1,000 damage protection. In the unlikely event something is broken during the clean, tell us within 24 hours and we cover it. If the clean itself is not up to standard, we come back and redo it.
