Equipment
Every machine wiped and disinfected with a product that is safe on touchscreens, grips, belts and upholstery — no alcohol on screens, no bleach on vinyl. Free-weight racks, bars, plates and benches done piece by piece; the floor under and behind machines vacuumed, which nobody's daily wipe reaches.
Mats, turf and studios
Mats lifted, both sides disinfected and dried; functional turf vacuumed and deodorised; studio floors scrubbed and, for wood, buffed; yoga and spin studios treated for odour at the source rather than masked.
Changing rooms
Where reviews are lost. Showers descaled, mould treated in grout and silicone, drains cleared and sanitised, lockers cleaned inside and out, benches and floors disinfected, hairdryers and dispensers wiped.
Mirrors, glass, air
Mirror walls cleaned streak-free, entrance glass inside and out, reception and turnstiles disinfected, water fountains sanitised, and AC vents and returns cleaned so the air stops smelling like the room.

DM-approved disinfectants chosen per surface — touchscreen-safe on equipment, descaler in showers, deodoriser on mats and turf.
4 inspection
The supervisor walks every zone before opening, mirrors and changing rooms last.
5 no faults
Anything short is redone before the first member is through the turnstile.
A 1,500 sqm gym with two studios and two changing rooms takes a team of four about six hours overnight; monthly is the usual cycle, with changing rooms weekly.
