Site inspection
We walk the mall with the operations team — floor types, escalator count, restroom volume, food-court sittings, docks and access rules — and plan the crews and windows.

Equipment
Ride-on scrubber-dryers and burnishers for the atrium, escalator cleaning machines, glass systems, pressure washers for outside — chosen for the mall's surfaces and captured dust, dirt and grease from every corner.

DM-approved chemicals for sanitising and disinfection, with no harmful side effects for shoppers, tenants or staff, matched to each surface.

Inspection
The shift supervisor inspects every zone against the scope before handover, restrooms and food court first, and logs it for the operations team.

Any fault is repeated within the shift. Nothing is left for the next crew.

Do you work overnight?
Yes. The night crew is the core of every mall contract: floors, escalators, glass and restrooms done between close and open so the centre opens clean.
Who supervises the crews?
Each crew has a working supervisor on site, on radio, with a logged inspection at the end of every shift, and an account manager for the contract.
Do you also clean the individual stores?
Yes, under a separate scope on the retail shop cleaning page — many tenants book us directly because we are already in the building.
