Do you clean during trading hours?
If you want it, yes — one uniformed cleaner on the floor for glass, spills and fitting rooms, answering to your manager. Most stores choose before-opening or after-close shifts for the full clean.
How do you protect merchandise and displays?
Products approved by health authorities and chosen to be safe on luxury finishes, display items and sensitive fabrics; microfibre, not sprays, near merchandise; and displays moved only with your manager's say-so.
Do you cover mall units and standalone stores?
Both. We work in almost every major mall in Dubai under each mall's access rules, and in street-level flagships and showrooms.
Can you handle multiple branches?
Yes. One contract, one supervisor and one monthly invoice across every branch, with the same checklist and the same standard in each.
What about shopfront glass at height?
Cleaned with telescopic poles to about nine metres; higher facades are quoted with access equipment through the mall or building management.
